RULES & REGULATIONS
- The School is having its own discretion about admission process and the decision of the school shall be final and binding on the applicant guardian.
- The child, if given admission, needs to follow all the rules, regulations of the school regarding discipline, etiquettes etc. as laid down by school from time to time.
- In every academic year, the child should have 75 % minimum attendance and in default thereof, the school may not allow child to appear in the examination conducted either by school or otherwise.
- The Guardian should deposit the entire school fees of academic year in single installment on or before date prescribed by the school. If under any unavoidable circumstances, Guardian seeks leave for payment of the fees on periodical basis, then the School may at its discretion allow the payment in quarterly, half yearly or any other manner. Default in payment of fees may result in expulsion from the In case of vis majeure like Earthquakes, Covid-19 etc. the discretion lies with the school regarding revision of fee structure. In no case, school fees are refundable.
- The Guardian must attend every meeting called by school. The decisions taken at the meetings are binding on the guardian, irrespective of his/her absence.
- The school is at liberty to impose fines including powers to warn, censure, rusticate, expel, debar in case of any misconduct or misbehavior of the child in school and the same will be reflected in school leaving certificate. After due deliberations, considering maintenance of healthy environment being the prime object, the school has avoided to illustrate the misconducts
- Being the Private Non-aided Educational Institution, the fees of our school are regulated by Executive Committee formed per Sub-Section (2) of Sec 4. Read with Sec. 6 of Maharashtra Educational Institutions ( Regulation of Fee) Act, 2011 ( Mah. Act No. VII of 2014).The fees as approved by Executive Committee being the statutorily leviable fees, are unconditionally binding on the guardian.
- The Guardian shall not do any acts or omissions which cause or may likely to cause any harm, injury, loss, detriment to the image & goodwill of the school and shall liable to indemnify the same in case of breach thereof together with attracting the penalties as illustrated in 6. above.
For the good governance of the school, the rules and regulations with Code of Conduct for Child/Student as well for Guardian/Parent are implemented with privilege to amend, alter, add, substitute the same.
( The term ‘School’ includes, Principal, Supervisor, Executive Committee and the delegates thereof or any other authority acting for good governance of the school. )
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR STUDENTS
Child/Student being the minor, the code of conduct is read, understood and accepted by the guardian with unconditional assurance that, being the guardian he/she will do everything to observe this code of conduct and shall remain responsible for the same.
The Child/Student here in after referred as pupil.
- Pupil shall come to the school in time. School may prohibit Latecomers to attend the classes.
- Pupil shall come to the school in proper attire/uniform as prescribed by the school.
- Pupil shall be responsible for his/her personal belongings and in no case, School will be responsible for loss or damage thereof. Pupil shall not wear, bring, possess or have custody of any valuable belongings like gold ornaments, electronic gadgets etc. Likewise, pupil should not carry any instrument or like thing which may cause or likely to cause harm, danger to anybody.
- Pupil shall maintain his/her personal cleanliness and hygiene.
- Pupil shall maintain peace and order. Pupil shall observe the etiquettes, civic manners as part of the descent society with special regards to the instructions given by school.
- Pupil must bring his/her school diary everyday and must follow time-table, tiffin schedules etc. as prescribed by school. In case of loss of School diary, the new diary be given subject to costs.
- Pupil shall read School Notice Board and observe the instructions and obey the orders.
- Any type of bad habits viz., smoking, tobacco chewing, drinking alcohol, using abusive language are strictly prohibited in school premises. Ragging is statutorily prohibited, any attempts thereof, or any other nuisances are strictly prohibited and accordingly penalized.
This Code of Conduct is equally applicable as regards behavior of pupil in School Bus/School Van.
CODE OF CONDUCT FOR GUARDIAN/ PARENTS
This code of conduct is read, understood and accepted by the guardian/parent with unconditional assurance that, being the guardian he/she will do everything in observance of this code of conduct and shall be responsible for the same.
- Parents shall supervise over the observance of the code of conduct for student/child.
- Parents shall maintain healthy environment at home for better development of their child/pupil.
- Parents shall check the school diary on daily basis and supervise the homework.
- Parents shall maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene of their child/pupil.
- Parents should take care not to indulge in bad habits like smoking, tobacco chewing, drinking alcohol, using abusive language etc. for welfare of child/pupil.
- Parents are under obligation to observe and obey the directions of the school to encourage healthy cultural and educational environment between home and school.
- If it becomes impossible for the pupil to attend the school, then the guardian should present the note thereof to the class teacher mentioning the reason of absence.
- Parents shall attend every meeting called by the school. The decisions taken at the meetings are binding on them, irrespective of the absence.
- In case of any queries, parents should contact the school during school hours only.
- Parents are precluded from approaching the teachers except during school hours.
- In case of any changes in parent’s contact number and address it should be informed to school immediately.
I do hereby accept above rules and regulations and code of conduct and shall make every effort to observe the same for upkeeping the standard of my home and the school.
